Fooddle provides a digital platform that allows college students and other users to:

Fooddle acts as a technology platform connecting customers with food outlets and delivery partners. We are not the manufacturers, sellers, or preparers of the food items.
User Responsibilities

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
Lawful Use
You agree not to misuse our Services for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Ordering and Delivery
- Orders placed through Fooddle are subject to acceptance by the food outlet.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Fooddle is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, outlet preparation times, or other factors beyond our control.
- In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
Payment
- All payments must be made at the time of placing the order using the available payment methods on our platform.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways.
- Fooddle does not store your card or banking information.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Once an order is confirmed by the food outlet, cancellations may not always be possible.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the policies of the respective outlet and payment gateway provider.
Limitation of Liability
Fooddle is not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food provided by outlets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fooddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
