Shipping Policy

Fooddle aims to provide timely delivery of food orders to college hostels and other designated addresses.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as outlet preparation time, distance, weather, traffic, and order volume.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within six hours from the time of confirmation.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery Policy

Food delivery is handled directly by our partner vendors and delivery associates. While Fooddle facilitates the process, we do not have direct control over the final stage of delivery.

We work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery; however, any issues or delays must be reported promptly so we can assist in resolving them.

Return Policy

No Returns for Food

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or does not meet quality standards, please notify us immediately at fooddle.contact@gmail.com for resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Order Cancellation (Before Processing)

If you cancel an order before it has been accepted or processed by the vendor, a full refund will be issued.

Order Unfulfilled

If an order cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances such as restaurant closure or unavailability of items, a full refund will be provided.

Incorrect or Poor-Quality Orders

If you receive the wrong items or encounter quality concerns, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we may issue a refund or replacement.
